Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue growth.

• Conduct venue walkthroughs and create tailored event proposals for clients.

• Partner with chefs and venue managers to curate unique concepts, menus, and experiences.

• Build strong relationships with VIP clients, key corporate accounts, and external partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related matters—from inquiry to execution.

• Support on-site during events to ensure seamless client experience.

• Create impactful sales materials including decks, mailers, and social content.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, client history, and sales pipeline tracking.

• Review sales performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions for growth.

• Explore strategic partnerships and new market opportunities through research and insights.

Key Requirements:

• Background in event sales, hospitality sales, or F&B lifestyle concepts

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking capabilities

• Passion for guest experience with a service-first mindset

• Excellent communication, client handling, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to convert leads and work independently as a key revenue driver

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple venues and priorities with ease
