Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Executive (Food Sector).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the food industry, including brand partnerships and market expansion.

• Engage with local food businesses and coordinate with regional offices to explore synergies for business growth.

• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers, ensuring strong partnerships.

• Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and emerging demands in the food sector.

• Lead sales initiatives, negotiations, and contracts to achieve targeted revenue and profit margins.

• Provide assistance in pursuing new investment opportunities as they arise.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and report progress accordingly.

• Address quality issues by following up with customers and suppliers.

• Coordinate communication between headquarters and customers regarding commodity business, supporting price negotiations and shipment planning.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution.

• 3 to 5 years of sales or trading experience in the food industry, coupled with experience in administrative tasks.

• Strong understanding of Incoterms and logistics management.

• Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
