Responsibilities

Develop innovative packaging technologies and processes for assembling high-density, high-performance electronic devices.
Collaborate closely with external customers and partners to provide technical support and drive joint development projects.
Work hand-in-hand with internal R&D and product teams to create and refine new processes and products.

Requirements

Proficient in using DOE tools to design and conduct experiments for assembly process optimization.
Strong hands on experience with analytical equipment for failure mode analysis, such as SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, and high-power optical microscope.
