Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Franchise Business Strategy Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyze and enhance the revenue structure and operational model of the franchise business.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of franchise agreements, including contract terms and royalty arrangements.

• Perform data-driven business analyses covering sales, costs, KPIs, and store performance to recommend improvement strategies.

• Establish effective headquarters functions, encompassing operational workflows, governance structures, and data management/reporting systems.

• Formulate and oversee the implementation of mid- to long-term business and regional expansion strategies.

• Provide strategic insights, reports, and implementation support to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, across various countries to advance regional initiatives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive franchise operation systems, including policies, manuals, and standard operating guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Practical experience in franchise headquarters operations, preferably within the F&B or related sectors.

• Demonstrated ability in business strategy development, corporate planning, or operational enhancement.

• Strong analytical skills capable of facilitating data- and KPI-driven decision-making.

• Experience in managing multicultural teams or navigating cross-border markets.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities to engage effectively with executive management and stakeholders.
