Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee plumbing & sanitary construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with design specifications.

• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including method statements, work procedures, and construction drawings.

• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct cost evaluation, estimation, and analysis related to plumbing and sanitary works.

• Attend site meetings, inspections, and support management with other project-related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing & sanitary construction (M&E experience only; civil construction experience not applicable).

• Competent in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus.

• Possess or working towards BCA Builder Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is advantageous.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage site operations and work independently.
