Responsibilities:
Managing the project planning construction works at the site.
Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans/ construction drawings, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner.
Implement quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management/ consultants/ clients.
Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays that may arise during construction.
Oversee the acquisition of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
Preferably experience in local landed residential housing project.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and construction crews
Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Possess a degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA, Architecture recognized by BOA.
Proficient with in software, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
