Responsibilities:

• Drive market growth by developing and securing new business opportunities within Singapore’s construction and infrastructure sectors, as well as international projects.

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including developers, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to enhance the client base.

• Facilitate pre-tender and tender activities, ensuring submissions are commercially competitive and aligned with technical requirements.

• Leverage established industry networks and market intelligence to uncover emerging projects and partnership prospects.

• Share insights and support regional branches to develop a cohesive business development strategy.

• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and associations to enhance visibility and influence within the market.

• Build a sustainable pipeline of projects for consistent revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a background in Civil Engineering is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure industries.

• Strong professional network with a proven track record of generating leads and securing significant projects.

• Familiarity with tendering processes, procurement, and contract management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach to business development.

• Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and project advancements.
