Responsibilities:
Assist with customer queries through face-to-face or call
Work closely with internal departments to resolve complains or queries
Conduct report on feedbacks, sentiments, and issues customers may have
Suggest improvements to management to elevate customer experience and service quality
Conduct test drives on new vehicles with customers
Advantageous if you are:
Experienced in customer-facing support roles
Interest in AI technology and Automation
MUST possess a valid Class 3/4 license
