Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer queries through face-to-face or call

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve complains or queries

• Conduct report on feedbacks, sentiments, and issues customers may have

• Suggest improvements to management to elevate customer experience and service quality

• Conduct test drives on new vehicles with customers 
  

Advantageous if you are:

• Experienced in customer-facing support roles

• Interest in AI technology and Automation

• MUST possess a valid Class 3/4 license
