Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Lunch hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Job Description:

• Responsible for the application, maintenance, and renewal of certification for construction machinery and forklift in Singapore.

• Research and interpret relevant Singaporean regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.

• Communicate with local certification bodies and government bodies, submit certification applications, and follow up on approval progress.

• Prepare and submit technical documents, test reports, and compliance declarations required for certification.

• Establish and maintain product certification records to ensure document integrity and traceability.

• Provide regular reports on certification progress and updates on regulatory changes.
  Responsible for after sales service related matter for subsidiary.

• Responsible for registration and safekeeping of service car policy and maintenance updates.

• Preparation on weekly data for Service Manager for weekly report and documentation.

• Ability to take initiative to solve problem and ensure all product & service related matter is solved, being documented and follow procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.

• Required Language(s): English & Mandarin; Experience communicating with government stakeholders will be an advantage.

• Posses own transport and valid driving license.

• At least 2 years of working experience.

• Singaporean/ Permanent Resident.
