Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Operation Executive (3PL)
Job Location: West (Sunview, Joo Koon)
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Flexi Time and 5 days’ work (including 1 day weekend)
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
Availability: Immediate

The Role: 

·       Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

·       Lead and supervise warehouse staff in daily operations.

·       Ensure the team adheres to company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols.

·       Monitor and manage employee KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met and improved.

·       Report accidents or hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.

·       Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and disputes; provide timely and effective resolutions.

·       Be present at, or report to, the client site as required to support ongoing operations

Requirements:

·        At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in related field (FMCG / Retail / 3PL).

·        Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.

·        Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling processes is an added advantage.
