Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in contract management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling contract-related tasks, project costing, procurement, and supporting the overall commercial function of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, including subcontractor agreements.

• Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and tender analysis.

• Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

• Handle claims, variations, and contract disputes.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.

• Support the project team in ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, PAM, JKR, etc.).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS/engineering software.

• Proficient in Auto CAD software for drafting and design.
