Responsibilities :

• General administration support to tender / project department including preparation of quotation, material submission, cost estimation, project specification, documents and contracts.

• Responsible for sourcing the materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.

• Preparation of project budgeting

• Project documentation filing management system and its maintenance

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering Studies / QS

• Entry Level - training will be provided

Sales Support Engineer @ Woodlands / Building Automation Equipment / $3500-$4000

Responsibilities :

• Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage

• Understand technical drawings and specification requirements

• Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them

• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Studies

• Entry Level / Junior Level - training will be provided
