We are seeking two dynamic Executives to join our Banquet team in Operations or Sales. Senior positions available for candidates with extensive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Banquet Operations
Event Planning & Execution:
Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
Operational Excellence:
Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club standards.
Member Engagement & Service:
Maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service.
Handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
Financial & Administrative:
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
Prepare event reports, staff schedules, and operational documentation.
Banquet Sales
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Drive banquet sales through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Event Coordination:
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and customize banquet packages.
Liaise with operations team to ensure flawless event execution.
Marketing & Promotions:
Support marketing campaigns for banquet packages and seasonal promotions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
Revenue Management:
Track sales performance and assist in forecasting banquet revenue.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
General (Applicable to Both Roles):
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or banquet setting
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Service-oriented, hands-on, and able to lead by example.
Able to work under pressure, including long or split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
For Operations Focus:
In-depth knowledge of banquet setup, service flow, and hygiene standards.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
Must be capable of handling event setup and operational tasks.
For Sales Focus:
Proven ability in banquet/event sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Skilled in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Strong understanding of banquet packages, pricing strategies, and revenue tracking.
