Our client is seeking a Fulfilment Planner to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

  • Manage order-to-delivery process: Oversee the entire process from order processing to shipment coordination.

  • Coordinate purchase orders: Manage and coordinate purchase order requirements efficiently.

  • Plan and analyse demand & supply: Ensure accurate planning and analysis of demand and supply commitments.

  • Communicate with customers and teams: Liaise effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage customer accounts: Drive shipment and revenue, review raw materials, and manage customer forecasts.

  • Implement new processes: Support the changing needs of the company by implementing new processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Optimise production planning and streamline logistics.

  • Analyse supply and demand: Forecast future requirements and address potential issues proactively.

  • Generate reports: Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers: Address inquiries and resolve fulfillment-related concerns.


Who are they looking for?

  • Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning in mechanical manufacturing industry.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • MS Office proficiency: Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
