Job Responsibilities:
1. Attending to work permit holders visiting WPASC on banking products which applicable
2. Attend to email and phone queries from workers and their employers
3. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required
4. Conduct surveys as required
5. Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank
6. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
7. Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment
Job Requirement
Able to commit 5.5 days week
Able to work on Sundays and public holidays when required (Compensation given)
Digital advocate as required to setup/ troubleshoot the system.
Customer service oriented and comfortable to on feet most of the time
