Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Technical Team and lead resolution of technical issues, project management, Quality Management System (QMS), ISO compliance, and other construction-related challenges (planning, schedule, safety, environment, cost/profit, resource planning).
• Review, prepare, and monitor production plans; ensure sufficient manpower budget for project execution.
• Support tender exercises by planning work execution sequence and proposing value engineering solutions.
• Prepare master program using Excel / MS Project for project tracking.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans at sites; monitor and inspect materials and equipment for compliance with approved quality standards.
• Plan and manage operational aspects of projects, including manpower allocation, construction progress, master scheduling, and cost control.
• Ensure operational costs stay within approved budgets and provide timely instructions to manage delays or emergencies.
• Review manpower planning and monitor work schedules for smooth operations.
• Apply safe, efficient, and economical construction methodologies while enforcing project standards.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, clients, consultants, sub-contractors, authorities, and developers to minimize errors and ensure smooth project completion.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient knowledge of building and construction works with detailed understanding of building processes.
• Familiarity with tender documentation, procurement processes, and legal requirements.
• 5–8 years’ experience in construction for building and structural projects.
