About the Role
This is a strategic expansion role focused on building new relationships, opening new accounts, and driving adoption of Genecast’s advanced cancer diagnostic solutions across Singapore. You’ll be at the forefront of market development, clinical engagement, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote Genecast’s molecular diagnostic products and services to clinics & hospitals
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, genetic counsellors
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up support
• Prepare impactful sales presentations, reports, and market insights
• Represent Genecast at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Build relationships with KOLs, doctors, and distributors
• Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and messaging
• Track KPIs (conversion rates, lead generation, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with customer support teams to align sales and marketing with company goals
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Genetics, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field
• Experience in sales within oncology or diagnostics
• Proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong market research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player
• Professional working proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus
• Understanding of genetic testing for oncology is preferred
