Project Manager - #1124482

We are seeking for a motivated individual to oversee a team of Engineers in the deployment and implementation of projects for new network equipment and existing upgrades for our enterprise business. He/She will be responsible for all deployment activities, plan capacities and strategize activities around project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the comprehensive pre-configuration and staging of network equipment across projects.

• Manage a team of engineers, setting project goals and timelines, coordinating with other departments or teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting them with problem-solving and decision-making.

• Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.

• Direct and execute on-site deployment and implementation of diverse network elements, such as ONT, routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless APs, conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing in collaboration with clients.

• Monitor projects timeline and budgets with Project Managers.

• Manage vendors to ensure products and services are delivered according to plan or contract.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers for adept problem resolution and project success, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.

• Drive continuous improvement of projects process, team training programs etc.

• Resolve complex and non-routine troubleshooting on-site issues during deployment, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

• Support the Head of Project Management & Deployment in ensuring revenue and profitability goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Information Technology or CCNA/CCNP certified.

• Certification in Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Juniper is an added plus.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years managing a team.

• Solid knowledge on networking principles, routing and switching.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
