You will play an important role in supporting the Marketing Team in executing day-to-day marketing operations and backend processes that enable effective campaign and event delivery. This involves coordinating logistics and vendors for roadshows and events, tracking promotion fulfilment, and managing campaign related admin.
You will also be responsible for inventory checks, event setup support, and ensuring timely updates to campaign materials and documentation. This is a cross-functional support role that works closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Working days/Hours: Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm / weekends when required
Location: Somerset (central)
Duration: 1 year contract (extendable)
Pay: Up to $4000 (depending on qualification and experience)* + 1 month completion bonus
Responsibilities
• Coordinate venue sourcing and vendor liaison for roadshows and events
• Identify new or possible opportunities at roadshow to engage consumers and encourage enquiries or sign-ups for promotions
• Support backend logistics, including roadshow set-up and inventory management
• Tracking promo fulfilment and manage Corporate and Group Buy enquiries to support sales acquisition
• Collate and track roadshow performance data, RSVP responses and event feedback
• Manage roadshow and marketing inventory, including merchandise, booth collaterals, and printed materials, and ensure sales kits and flyers are updated with the latest promotional details
• Prepare and submit vendor quotes and accruals and track payment processing to ensure timely vendor payments
• Generate monthly campaign / roadshow / reseller performance reports
• Conduct weekend spot checks at roadshows and ensure proper set-up and brand compliance
Requirements
• Min. Dip/Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or admin roles preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a bonus
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude with results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on weekends
