Styling & Preparation

• Style and prepare completed project sites before and during photo/video shoots.

• Arrange décor, accessories, and furniture layouts to best reflect the design concept.

• Coordinate any temporary props, plants, or décor elements needed for the shoot.

On-Site Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for photographers, videographers, and other media team members on-site.

• Ensure the shoot runs smoothly, on time, and in alignment with the firm’s creative direction.

• Communicate effectively between the media team and the design team to maintain brand consistency.

Art Direction Oversight

• Review framing, lighting, and composition during the shoot to ensure adherence to brand and design standards.

• Provide real-time feedback to align visuals with the firm’s aesthetic and marketing needs.

• Assist in curating image selections or approving final shots post-shoot when required.
