Responsibilities

• Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.

• Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements

• Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT

• Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks

• Management of SWIFT Alliance System, including releasing of SWIFT payment

• Management of issues related to remittances and deposits

• Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues

• Carries out other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in PWM Operations space.

• Self-motivated and independent with strong communication skills

• Good avaloq knowledge will be an advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties.
