Choose Your Career Track: Service OR Bakery

Service Track (Front-of-House)

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

• Assist with guest relations, inquiries, and feedback

• Supervise and support team members to maintain service standards

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Monitor inventory and stock levels while maintaining outlet cleanliness

• Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Baker Track (Back-of-House)

• Learn the fundamentals of baking, from dough preparation to final presentation

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment and tools

• Manage ingredient inventory and ensure production efficiency

• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards

• Participate in the development of new recipes and seasonal products
