Responsibilities
The Assistant Director will lead a dedicated team to drive marketing, outreach, and admissions strategies. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students to undergraduate programmes.
• Oversee the full admissions cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience from application to matriculation.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms to strengthen the visibility of undergraduate programmes.
• Manage outreach activities with key feeder schools, industry partners, and international institutions to grow the applicant pool.
• Monitor data and trends to provide insights that enhance marketing and admissions performance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, excellence, and collaboration in all marketing and admissions activities.
Requirements
Must-haves:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, outreach, or admissions, preferably within higher education.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams and projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good-to-haves:
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and data-driven marketing.
• A creative and forward-thinking mindset with an interest in education and youth engagement.
