About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Events Executive to join our dynamic team at IDA'S EVENTS PTE. LTD. in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of engaging corporate and social events that exceed our clients' expectations.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements

2. Source and liaise with vendors (e.g. venues, catering, entertainment) to deliver high-quality events within budget

3. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including timelines, event materials, and on-site management

4. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the event planning process

5. Monitor and analyse event performance, providing detailed post-event reports

6. Support the team in the promotion of events through various marketing channels

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience in event management or a related field

2. Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail

3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and the internal team

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Creative flair and a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences

6. Proficiency in using event management software and tools
