Service Administrator
Up till $4000 basic + AWS
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
German Center, International Business Park
Responsibilities:
General Office Administration
Provide comprehensive support to the Service Team including monthly closing reporting
Engineers related matters; e.g. Compile and submit Engineers monthly overtime and expenses reimbursement, Data entry of Engineers work hours, etc.
Handling of stocks, counting and updating inventory list
Liaise with customers for job requirements and arrangement including application of site work permit and Visa application
Preparation of Quotation, Invoices and Contract Agreements
Liaise with suppliers / vendors / contractors for purchases and services
Liaise with HQ for spare parts purchases and documentations
Logistic arrangement including LC maters
Following up on any outstanding payment matters
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
GCE N Level
Reporting to the Regional After Sales Manager
5 years of office administration experience in services company with organization skills
MYOB accounting software knowledge is a plus
