Job Scope:

Event Marketing Support

• Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns

• Ad hoc event venue and supplies sourcing

• Doing up layout plans and ensure proper documentations are ready for event set up

• Event coordination between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met

• Supporting the overall operational and execution of event such as sourcing and purchasing of items and gifts

• Offsite event coordination

• Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules, reports

• Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events

Marketing Operations 

• Generate weekly sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy. 

• Conduct meticulous desktop research to fuel our innovative marketing strategies.

• Network like a pro! Source and coordinate with top-tier suppliers for events and marketing materials.

• Ensure excellence by performing thorough quality inspections to meet our high standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or A levels.

• A can-do positive attitude.

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A passion for events marketing or a related field.

• Stellar communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges - able to troubleshoot and think on your feet.

• Able to work on weekends. Off days on weekdays.
