Join our client, an established financial institution in Asia, as a Call Centre operator to provide quality customer service via telephone! New opportunities to upskill and progress in your career are available.
Contract of 12 months subject to renewal/extension/conversion
PM shift allowance of $1000
Shift work (Any 8h between 1pm-midnight)
Working locations - East or West (Indicate preferred)
Training provided in East (With transport provided)
5 working days a week - 4 weekdays, 1 weekend
Job responsibilities
Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Job requirements:
5+ years as a customer service representative in any industry welcome
Call Centre experience welcome
