Marketing Operation Officer/ Senior Officer (1 year contract)

Job Summary:

Salary range $2500 - $4000

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)

Working Location: Somerset

Completion bonus (AWS) + Medical claims

14 days Annual Leave, 1 year contract renewable

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate venue booking and work with vendors for roadshows and events

Engage customers at roadshows to encourage enquiries or sign-ups for promotions

Handle event logistics such as roadshow set-up and inventory management

Support sales activities by tracking promotions and managing corporate or group buy enquiries

Assist in sourcing festive gifts, managing campaign timelines, and preparing simple Terms & Conditions

Check and update campaign codes, marketing materials, and promotional content

Collect and track performance data, RSVP responses, and event feedback

Manage marketing materials and inventory (e.g. merchandise, flyers, and booth items) and ensure sales kits are updated with the latest promotions

Prepare vendor quotations, track payment processing, and ensure timely payments to suppliers

Generate monthly reports on campaign, roadshow, and reseller performance

Conduct weekend spot checks at roadshows to ensure proper set-up and brand consistency

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields

At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or admin roles preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a bonus

Ability to work on weekends
