Our client is a leading packaging company, and they have a strong customer portfolio in luxury and beauty sector.
Role Overview
Grow and retain strategic clients in cosmetics, accessories, and promotional products. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, pricing, execution, and support. Partner with internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and margins.
Key Responsibilities
Build & expand key accounts: map stakeholders, upsell/cross-sell.
Deliver fast, expert service: quotes, samples, tracking, issue resolution.
Drive new business: target brands, run demos, convert leads.
Advise on materials, finishes, compliance, and merchandising.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time; coordinate with Ops/Procurement.
Oversee project delivery: artwork, QA, logistics, milestones.
Maintain CRM, forecasts, QBRs, and market intel.
Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards.
Track trends and recommend local GTM strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years B2B sales/account management (beauty, fashion, promo, or packaging preferred).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and C-level engagement.
Solid commercial and project coordination skills.
Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel, presentations.
Fluent English; Asian language a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Design/Engineering) preferred.
