Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out telemarketing campaigns and daily customer outreach activities.

• Support the Business Development team in identifying new prospects and target segments.

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with customers to introduce services and collect feedback.

• Collaborate with other departments on promotions, events, and customer engagement programs.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign outcomes.

• Report feedback to enhance service quality and campaign performance.

• Ensure all outreach activities comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
