Indoor Sales Executive / Coordinator - #1124342

Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 (includes basic and commission)

Location: 5 Changi South Street 3, Singapore 486117

Job Scope:

• Provide sales and local purchasing support including handling of customer enquiries, processing orders and arranging deliveries/shipments.

• Book and coordinate air and sea shipments for vendors and customers.

• Handle full set of air and sea freight shipping documentations.

• Liaise with vendors & customers / transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.

• Back up counter sales duties at Changi, Ubi or Jurong Port as and when required to generate sales and profit for the Company.

• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling Ocean freight shipment.

• Experience in freight forwarding & Ocean freight is preferred.

• Good team player with the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
