Funds Finance Executive | UP to $5200 | 6 Months | Harbourfront - #1124335

Duration: 6 months (November 2025 – May 2026)

Working Location: Harbourfront

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm & Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Capital call / distribution

• Prepare capital call and distribution allocation workings and notices; or Prepare calculation for the net of distribution with capital call (if any)

• Monitor and follow up receipt of capital call amounts

• Issue cheque to investor (e.g. distribution)

• Facilitate the collection of cheques and bank-in the cheques

Shares transfer related

• Preparation of calculation of amount in the event of a transfer of shares is required (including arranging for the transfer documents and facilitating the payments from transferee to transferor)

• Update latest shareholdings list

Accounts and reporting

• Prepare quarterly accounts closing

• Prepare quarterly report (capital account statement and financial statement)

• Draft email to investors (capital account statement and financial statement)

• Verify and circulate invoices/recovery billings for approval and prepare payments

• Preparation of payment to Fund for drawdown from Fund

• Dividend distribution (prepare cashflow projection, working details)

• To monitor rebates from fund manager

Fund support and Master Data maintenance

• Raising master data maintenance requests

• Arranging for wet-ink signature and administrative work

• Collection of mails and arranging for courier

• Check casting

• Maintain investor contact list

• Any ad hoc reporting/work as and when required

Requirements:

• 3 to 4  years of relevant working experience

• Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment

• Good knowledge of FRS is an advantage
