Junior Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive

North Region, Singapore | 1–5 years’ experience

Join Bio-Design Pte Ltd, an established renovation company delivering high-profile commercial projects for leading brands in Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and support project finance operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping using XERO

• Prepare and analyse project costing, including budget vs. actual

• Manage supplier and subcontractor payments, staff claims, and GST submissions

• Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams on finance matters

• Assist in audit preparation, compliance, and licence renewals

• Support ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of accounting experience; audit background preferred

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently

• Experience in construction or renovation industry is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive

• Proficient in XERO or similar software

• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (liaising with director & clients)
