Job Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and overseeing the design team
Accountable to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project
In charge of the review and submission of all drawings. To coordinate with authorities, agents, qualified persons and sub-contractors for issues pertaining to design & technical
To review constructability issues with the construction team
To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Min 5 – 8 years’ experience in Architectural, Structural & M&E projects
