Job Description :
Assist the purchasing manager in daily purchasing activities,
Source and order factory steel accessories from various vendors both local and overseas,
Communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers (must be able to read, converse and write Chinese),
Handle order tracking, payment arrangement and logistic coordination,
Prepare and maintain purchasing records and price lists,
Liaise with production team to ensure timely delivery of goods,
Perform other purchasing related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements :
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin which is essential to liaise with local and Chinese vendors,
Techsavvy and familiar with online platform,
Able to work independently with minimal supervision,
Fast learner, energetic, meticulous and have an eye for detail,
Familiar with both MES and ERP systems will be a plus,
Minimum qualification - Diploma.
