Responsibilities:
Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented.
Responsible for the overall management of the plant instrument, ensure that it is in good condition, meet the needs of the plant operation, in line with the requirements and regulations of the state and the company.
Continuously optimize and improve the state, operation, safety and reliability of the instrument, ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency.
Manage new investment projects and renovation projects, control the budget and project schedule to meet the expected demand.
Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities, management of spare parts, to ensure the reliability of operation, to ensure the normal operation of the plant and production, to ensure product quality and factory safety.
Investigate electrical and equipment related deviations, take action to correct the problem, and take preventive action to prevent recurrence of the problem.
Responsible for the safe administration of electricity consumption of the outsourced units, declare the amount of hydropower, and save energy and reduce consumption.
Review, register and file the relevant documents to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records.
Establish and optimize the relevant operation process, train and ensure strict implementation, report problems in time and take the initiative to solve them.
Manage, cultivate and guide the subordinate staff, and carry out effective assessment.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Build an efficient team to bring out the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of each team member.
Effective inter-departmental communication and cooperation.
Develop and train subordinates to improve work skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Electrical and other related majors, familiar with high and low voltage (HV/LV )distribution systems;
Professional in English, good conversational Mandarin skillset to communication frequently with China HQ for technical communication
Good computer skills
5 years’ HV/LV working experience or above, and 3 years of team management experience.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Good leadership and staff development skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Guide and supervise the work of subordinates.
Responsible for work allocation, assessment and motivation for subordinates.
