• Plan schedules for Subcon and in-house driver for PSA Tuas Port Project

• Coordinate with Subcon and in-house driver with the requirements from PSA

• Customer service oriented

• Manning hotline for Morning / Evening trip for PSA Tuas Port

• Prepare Jurong Island Monthly Report

• Respond customer enquiries via text

• Able to do shift work timing and to work on weekends and/or public holidays
  (Shift 1 : 5am till 2pm and Shift 2 : 2pm till 11pm)

• Keying in datas in CMS

Requirements:

• Attend to all feedbacks or complaints from Clients and take immediate action to solve the issues

• Basic knowledge of excel

• Able to communicate with Subcon/In-house driver

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Experience in similar field

• Basic knowledge of Singapore Roads
