Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other teams to gain a 360° view of FMCG functions.

• Support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement efforts.

• Assist daily operations while shadowing industry professionals.

• Help with data analysis, reporting, and executing trade/marketing activities.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

• Prepare documents and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure every work order meets company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in any field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Genuine interest in the FMCG sector.

• Proactive, strong problem‑solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Good planning and organizational skills.

• No experience required.
