The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• To oversee Dishing and Assembly Operations

• Ensure that dishing activities are carried out in accordance to the standard operating procedures

• Ensure that all special requests are properly arranged and catered to meet patients’ needs

• Adhere to food hygiene and MUIS standard

The Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in culinary skills or equivalent

• Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene

• Good knowledge in Electronic Meal Ordering System
