We're inviting passionate design enthusiasts to join our team and create new boundaries in spatial aesthetics! Our company specializes in residential Commercial interior design and is now open to fresh talent and potential industry newcomers for full-time positions.

No Experience? No Worries!

We offer a comprehensive pre-job training system and one-on-one guidance from experienced mentors to help you quickly master core skills in case design, soft furnishing, and client communication.

Attractive Salary Structure

• Base salary (SGD 1600) + tiered commission + project bonuses

• Annual income range: SGD 80,000 - 100,000 (with top designers earning SGD 160,000 - 220,000)

• New employee growth fund with guaranteed base salary for the first 6 months

We're Looking for Someone Who:

1. Has a design-related background or strong interest

2. Possesses basic aesthetic literacy and learning ability

3. Excels in communication and flexible adaptability

4. Pursues detail and has unique insights into home aesthetics

5. Demonstrates patience, effective time management, proactive attitude, and decisive decision-making
