Main Duties and Responsibilities

As Assistant Finance Manager, you will be a key part of our Finance team, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of financials, Cost Control, General Ledger (GL) and Receiving processes where necessary. Your work will help keep our operations running seamlessly so we can focus on delighting guests and protecting nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control
Prepare daily F&B cost report.
Conduct F&B menu cost analysis and review wastage.
Conduct month-end inventory count and reconciliation.
Conduct annual OSE inventory count.
Oversee Receiving & Store team.
General Ledger (GL)
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Record journal entries and reconcile accounts accurately.
Work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve accounting queries.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Support Finance Manager where necessary.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4-5 years of relevant hotel accounting experience preferred.
Strong understanding of General Ledger and Cost Control functions.
Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to accuracy.
