Looking for Service Crew
Key Responsibilities
Prepare tea, coffee, and a variety of hot and cold beverages and toasts, food.
Assist with basic food preparation and service according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Always maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and the shop.
Be familiar with the menu and ongoing promotions and actively upsell products.
Operate equipment such as POS systems, payment terminals (Nets, credit card).
Monitor stock levels, place and follow up on orders with suppliers for your station.
Perform duties efficiently with speed and accuracy.
Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Food Safety, Hygiene & Workplace Standards
Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and maintain proper grooming and hygiene (e.g., clean uniform, short nails, tied-up hair).
Ensure the kitchen, equipment, crockery, and utensils are kept clean and in good working condition.
Possess a valid Level 1 Food Safety Certificate.
