Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administration and operations of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and its programmes.

• Supervise, train, and support AAC staff, promoting a cohesive team environment.

• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations and assist in incident management, audits, and public inquiries.

• Monitor attendance statistics and report findings to management and relevant authorities promptly.

• Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor management, and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.

• Organise outreach events to engage the local community and identify at-risk seniors using the Community Screener Tool.

• Develop and implement programmes that enhance seniors' physical health, mental wellness, and social inclusion.

• Manage befriending and buddying initiatives, fostering community development through volunteer engagement.

• Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and donors to further AAC's objectives and promote seamless service referrals.

• Participate in discussions related to Integrated Community Care Services (ICCS) to align initiatives with organisational goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior, community care, or healthcare settings.

• Proven ability to manage and evaluate programmes effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partnership building and community engagement.

• Capable of addressing operational issues with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
