Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Educational Therapists, Counsellors, and Cluster Principals to identify student learning and behavioural needs, and co-develop appropriate intervention and support plans.
• Plan, conceptualise, and implement holistic frameworks and strategies to strengthen student management, mentoring approaches, and pastoral support across centres.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to tutors on managing diverse learning needs, supporting student development, and applying effective classroom and behavioural strategies.
• Conduct observations, assessments, and case discussions to monitor student progress, and recommend targeted strategies, referrals, or adjustments to learning support where necessary.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related Social Science discipline.
• Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with learning or behavioural needs, in school, community, or non-profit settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of learning support strategies, behavioural management approaches, and inclusive education practices.
