About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Account Officer to join our dynamic team at SG5 PTE. LTD. in the Changi East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively inform customers about promotions, cultivate positive relationships to enhance customer lifetime value, and manage accounts by initiating, maintaining, and strengthening business connections.

• Take customer orders, gather market information to aid business decisions, and manage credit effectively to ensure financial stability.

• Required regular site visit to engage with clients to build up strong relationship and drive self growth.

• Facilitate the delivery of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to boost marketing initiatives.

• Continuously improve through hands-on experience and constructive feedback from managers.

• Perform assigned responsibilities diligently, contribute to team success, and assist with ad-hoc deliveries during festive periods.

What we're looking for

• Minimum qualification of Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College in any field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably as a Junior Executive specializing in Sales (Retail/General) or an equivalent position.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required for data management and reporting.

• Must possess Mandarin communication skills to effectively interact with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.

• Open only to Singaporean candidates.

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License (must have).

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.
