Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support and guidance to clients to ensure their requirements are fully met.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and drive revenue growth.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives.
Stay informed on industry developments, product innovations, and market competitors.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Support the formulation and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed business targets.
Be willing and able to travel overseas for client meetings or business trips as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Prior experience in the Semiconductors industry is advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
