Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support and guidance to clients to ensure their requirements are fully met.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and drive revenue growth.

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives.

• Stay informed on industry developments, product innovations, and market competitors.

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

• Support the formulation and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed business targets.

• Be willing and able to travel overseas for client meetings or business trips as required.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Prior experience in the Semiconductors industry is advantageous but not essential.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
