This role offers a unique opportunity to support the strategic planning and development of Allied Health and Pharmacy (AH&P) services at EGH. You will support EGH's AH&P leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives for AH&P in EGH. This also includes supporting manpower deployment plans and the engagement of AH&P staff.
To enable clinical strategies to be translated into the service development of the new hospital, you will work closely with various sections of the hospital planning team, such as Nursing, Corporate Planning, Development Secretariat, and other key stakeholders.
Your Role as a Senior Occupational Therapist
On top of service planning, you will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patients with seamless delivery of care, which is of high-quality, safe and cost-efficient. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver personalised therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and functional ability. Working closely with patients and their families, you'll develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide essential education to caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to support their loved ones' recovery journey.

Requirements:
Diploma* in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor/ Master in Occupational Therapy [*A-level entry diploma accredited by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT)]
At least 4 years of experience as Occupational Therapist with 1 year of supervisory experience
Full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council
Able to work well independently and in groups
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
