Job Description:
Our client, a leading global electronics manufacturer, is seeking Production Admin Assistants to support daily operations in handling defective and scrap components within the production area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and record defective parts – verify, label, and classify them for recycle, scrap, or disposal
• Diagnose defects and coordinate rectification processes
• Perform data entry and reporting using SAP, WMS, and Excel systems
• Maintain proper segregation and storage of materials according to quality and safety guidelines
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company standards

Requirements:
• Familiar with SAP / WMS systems and proficient in Excel
• Comfortable working in limited-space areas surrounded by scrap components
• Comfortable wearing safety shoes and adhering to safety protocols
• Willing to work rotating A / B shifts

Shift Details

• A Shift (Day Shift): Sunday to Wednesday / Sunday to Tuesday (4-3-3-4 rotation)
    7:00am to 7:00pm

• B Shift (Night Shift): Sunday to Wednesday / Sunday to Tuesday (4-3-3-4 rotation)
    7:00pm to 7:00am

• Components handled: electronic parts and server racks (up to 15kg)
