Responsibilities:

•  Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring its availability and performance.

• Serve as the first point of contact for fleet issue escalation.

• Monitor system health and perform regular performance reviews.

• Conduct annual hardware refresh for fleet devices and network equipment.

• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.

• Document system configurations and create user guides.

• Provide high-level support, coordinating with teams and vendors to resolve issues, both onsite and offsite (including vessels).

• Manage IT procurement and collaborate with vendors.

• Travelling require when needed

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments

• More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise

• Experience in setting up or supporting network and firewall
