Job Summary:

1)           Overall line management by shift.

2)           Handle daily productivity.

3)           Material resources planning.

4)           Handle material incoming and outgoing during VAS-TO.

5)           Report and send mail to customer when get incoming issue.

6)           Put lot on Hold lot summary.

7)           Handle E-mail report sending and data entry.

8)           Management the outgoing packing process.

9)           Overall line quality checking by shift.

10)         Report IQC/OQC issue if material problem.

11)         Prepare Handler machine if not enough capacity.

12)         Monitor production line include Floor Supervisor, production and backend line issue, lot issue and floor issue.

13)         Monitor the line performance and maintain the output.

14)         Line feeding according to the level of materials during testing.

15)         Follow customer disposition at Hold lot and Low Yield summary. Pick Lots to release, retest reject, retest SET test, ICOS scan, 100% OQA, 100% inspection when customer give disposition.

16)         Communicate with VAS Manager.

17)         Line housekeeping (5S).
